The presenters, mr.Shkodran Ramadani focused on the initial signs of radicalism and religious extremism, whilst the Police expert, mr.Florim Shatrolli, shared the expertise and experiences of the respective Police Department on Identification and Early Intervention of radicalized individuals and groups that exhibits tendencies towards terrorism. Among the participants of the event were also the head and team of the Referring Mechanism. The coordinator of this mechanism, mr.Fadil Kajtazi, shared before the assembly members the work of this organization and its efforts in preventing violent extremism with tendencies towards terrorism. Participants gave a few proposal and suggestions during the open date, and one stood out in particular, the suggestion that it would be very beneficial if similar training were to be held in mosques – at the preaching place of religion, especially in specific regions with concentration of radical and extremist elements and dispositions. It was a joint conclusive suggestion that, in preventing extremist ideologies in the long run, a stronger cooperation should be established with BIK. The Assemblée Members, participants of the civil society organizations and others were very pleased with the professional performance of the engaged presenters of SPRC during this training.
