On November 21st, 2019, SPRC concluded the planned activities for the targeted Institutions in Lipjan Municipality. This Training in  Lipjan gathered 20 participants, mostly Municipal Assembly Members. The engaged expert/trainer had worked on incorporating the inputs and feedbacks from previous activities in order to respond to the level of knowledge and the capacity building needs of the participants. The level of engagement and interest from participants during this training was like no other, since the beginning of the project. They were very tentative in listening, keeping notes and responding with questions and open discussion. Some of the inputs from this activity have already been shared in a few different documents required by ATRC but it’s important to, again, stress that they said that our training was the only activity that this group of participants ever  received (in the field of anti-radicalism) – the only other activity their mentioned happening was the training with the Municipal Community Safety Council, which, again, was offered by this project (SPRC).
